Dan is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He can assist you in everything from finding that perfect piece of property to build your dream home on and helping you with the sale of your current home if needed. Dan is attentive to your requirements and works diligently with you to find the perfect floor plan to fit your needs!
Aiello Homes has numerous floor plans available for you to choose from. If you wish to customize one of our plans, Tony, Dan & Katie will work personally with you to customize our plans to fit your needs. We also have an Architect if you prefer to have a plan designed exclusively for your dream home.
Dan will remain available to you throughout the process of building your new home. He is available to answer questions on the buying process all the way through the closing of your new home.
Dan is an integral part of the Aiello Homes team! You will find after speaking to Dan just one time that he listens to you and will work tirelessly to help you attain the home of your dreams!
Katie plays a significant role in many areas with Aiello Homes! Katie is our designer on all inventory homes. In addition, she personally works with each custom home buyer and guides you through the process, down to the smallest detail, to design the home of your dreams! Katie will assist you in assuring your home is one of timeless beauty that you will be proud to call "Home".
Throughout the building process, Katie is your contact and by your side every step of the way when it comes to obtaining answers to your questions, resolving any concerns, and assisting you in any way needed! Katie ensures that you feel comfortable and have peace of mind throughout the building process.
Katie is instrumental in many other areas within Aiello Homes.
She assists Tony (President of Aiello Homes) in ensuring your project stays on schedule to make sure your home is completed in a timely manner. She works with both the subcontractors and suppliers to schedule each project and is on the job site daily to minimize potential delays and issues and find solutions when needed!
Tony was born into the construction industry & has spent his entire life within it.
2023 will be 31 years since the start of Aiello Homes Inc.
